IMP Meerschaum: Smooth Bent Dublin with Silver (with Case) Tobacco Pipe

With a craggy carving across the flared rim mimicking the appearance of a briar pipe's plateau, this bent Dublin from AKB Meerschaum looks quite fetching. The heavy-set bowl tapers from the rim to the sweeping, rounded heel, while a high-kicking shank-and-stem arrangement stretches out back. The bowl and shank maintain a keen sense of balance and offer some stout muscularity to the overall composition. The tan and white acrylic accent at the shank end matches the saddle stem in material and color, but they are separated by a lengthy band of sterling silver around the base of the mouthpiece. The complexion of the acrylic and the silver accent add a dose of vibrancy to the design. After plenty of flavor-neutral smoking sessions, however, the stummel will patinate, taking on tans, browns, and even pinks for plenty of bespoke character.
