Mark Tinsky: Dress Coral Bent Billiard (6) (Glenn Tinsky) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-035-1008

Balancing a Stack-like bowl at the fore of a sweeping shank-and-stem arrangement, this bent Billiard from Glenn Tinsky, son of Mark Tinsky, is an eye-catching design. The tall, stocky bowl holds most of the visual weight within the composition, as the shank is composed of a gradually diminishing taper that quickly reduces into the slender, arcing saddle stem. The lifted heel adds a touch of verticality to the bowl and reinforces it's already considerable height. The craggy, dark Coral rustication dresses the stummel and provides ample texture for the fingers to explore and enjoy.
