Mark Tinsky: Mocha Horn with Silver (6) (Two Star) (Glenn Tinsky) Tobacco Pipe

Possessing a fluid curvature from rim to bit, this Horn from Glenn Tinsky appears as one continually tapering hunk of briar, with barely any discernible transition. The bowl cants dramatically at the fore of the composition and features a broad, flared rim that precedes the previously mentioned taper along the stummel. The tapered mouthpiece of jet-black acrylic tops off the design and makes a subtle downturn for a comfortable smoking posture. The glossy Mocha smooth finish dresses the stummel and highlights plenty of flame grain about the flanks of the bowl and a ton of birdseye across the rim. A band of sterling silver accents the junction and provides a pop of flash to the overall design.
