Mark Tinsky: Bengal Rhodesian (5) (Three Star) (Glenn Tinsky) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-035-1022

Glenn Tinsky is a second-generation carver, Oregon resident and son of Mark Tinsky. Glenn's craftsmanship is keen, a combination of raw talent and having learned the art of pipe making from his father and others. This Rhodesian from the younger Tinsky is moderately sized, the bowl's domed rim, twin beadlines and tapering lower bowl characteristic of the classic form but more softly rounded. It's paired with a sinuously arcing shank and stem, the latter elongated and turned down gently at the bit for comfortable clenching and dressed in a warm mahogany stain, highlighting lovely whorls of birdseye along the rim and dense flickers of flame on all flanks.
