Mark Tinsky: Black and Tan Bent Billiard (FW) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-035-1250

Mark Tinsky has quite the storied history in American pipe making, founding the American Smoking Pipe Co. in 1978 and maintaining a consistent output for the over four decades that have elapsed since then. Tinsky lives in Montana and spends his days fly fishing and making pipes, bringing his many years of experience in the craft to every shape he fashions. He boasts a rather diverse portfolio, offering a wide range of shapes in a variety of unique finishes, whether smooth, rusticated, sandblasted, or some mixture of those three. Tinsky is also well known for his accenting work, incorporating everything from hardwoods to metals into his compositions. This muscular bent Billiard is a fine showcase of Tinsky's style, offering a tall, deep-chambered bowl that's set to a high-kicking shank-and-stem arrangement. Dressed in the stylish Black and Tan finish, this piece sees sections of smoothly polished briar juxtaposed against a dark rustication.
