Displaying dramatic proportions per the Italian style of pipe design, this towering Stack/Chimney from Mastro Geppetto is a whimsically shaped piece. The towering bowl boasts octagonal panels framed by pronounced vertical lines, lending tactile interest in this otherwise smooth, walnut-stained piece. Paired to a round shank and elongated, downturned saddle stem, the bowl remains the focal point of the composition and certainly offers an impressive chamber depth. There's also much to admire grain-wise, with cross grain and birdseye gracing the stummel, while the cream-colored mouthpiece lends contrast.
