A solid Sitter, this Volcano from Mastro Geppetto presents playful shaping as the Ser Jacopo sub-brand is wont to do, with the flattened, ridgeline-wrapped base matched by the similarly smooth, ruby-toned rim. Displaying the form's taper all the way from the heel to the rim, the tall bowl is set to a quite high-reaching shank and stem, the saddle mouthpiece turned down at the bit. The stummel is dressed in a dark, ruby-tinged rustication, save for the aforementioned rim and heel, with a bright silver ring lending contrast.
