Mastro Geppetto: Rusticato Bent Billiard Tobacco Pipe

Presenting the slightest of bends, this Billiard from Mastro Geppetto is otherwise rather traditional in its shaping, if a bit more exaggerated of proportions. Fashioned by hand, Geppetto pipes are made in the Ser Jacopo workshop and often display the same sort of playful shaping at more wallet-friendly prices. Here, the tall, muscular bowl contains a deep chamber while the more svelte, lengthy stretch of shank and lightly bent stem lend support. The stummel is wearing the ruby-toned Rusticato finish, offering plenty of textural intrigue, with the rim and a trim band at the shank end smoothly rendered.
