This look showcases Mastro Geppetto's playful shaping style subtly, as does the shank end's single ridgeline and the reduced diameter of the stem base compared to the shank. The bowl here is tall and thick, with plenty of chamber within its walls, all of this substance making it a wonderful canvas for its dark chestnut stain, one which reveals handsome grain.
