Mastro Geppetto is produced by Ser Jacopo at the Pesaro stalwarts' workshop, offering the bold, expressive style of Giancarlo Guidi's marque at accessible prices. A pioneer of the Pesaro school, named after the location of his workshop, Guidi and his partners elevated the more whimsical aspects of Italian neoclassic designs to new heights, creating an immediately recognizable aesthetic that continues to inspire. This paneled bent Egg is a fine example of the Italian marque's style, featuring a voluptuous, octagonal bowl with curved, supple walls that rest atop a rounded heel at the fore of an upswept round shank extended by two knuckles of pale bamboo at its junction to a comfortably bent acrylic saddle stem. Dressed in the Liscia finish, the stummel displays fine flame grain around the dusky-hued bowl.
