Mastro Geppetto: Liscia Bent Egg Churchwarden (2) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-819-1205

Mastro Geppetto is produced by Ser Jacopo at the Pesaro stalwarts' workshop, offering the bold, expressive style of Giancarlo Guidi's marque at accessible prices. A pioneer of the Pesaro school, named after the location of his workshop, Guidi and his partners elevated the more whimsical aspects of Italian neoclassic designs to new heights, creating an immediately recognizable aesthetic that continues to inspire. This bent Egg Churchwarden is a fine example of that style, featuring a forward-urging, curvaceous bowl which displays an elevated wall at the fore, creating a windscreen to protect the chamber from the elements. Out back, a slim round shank is joined to a willowy Churchwarden stem of black acrylic, making this an ideal pipe to accompany a good book. Dressed in the Liscia finish, the earthy-hued stummel displays fine grain around the bowl.
