Mastro Geppetto: Liscia Paneled Bent Brandy (1) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-819-1389
Known for pioneering the Pesaro style of pipe making, Giancarlo Guidi founded Ser Jacopo in 1982. Since then, the Italian marque has made a name for itself with its fantastical, imaginative interpretations of classic pipe conventions. Ser Jacopo's sub-brand Mastro Geppetto offers pipes at a more accessible price range without compromising on the marque's distinctive style or standards of quality. Boasting a strapping physique, this paneled bent Brandy from Mastro Geppetto showcases the bold proportions that have come to define the Italian workshop. Hearty in build, the bowl is framed by eight soft facets, with each of the edges seamlessly blended into the heel as they rise from the plump base and taper toward the flat rim. A thick, upturned shank transitions from the bowl and pairs to a bent saddle stem, the arrangement featuring a flattened underside for added muscularity. Mastro Geppetto's Liscia finish dresses the stummel in a smooth auburn stain that highlights a variety of lovely grain patterns across each of the bowl's panels.
