Mastro Geppetto: Sabbiato Dublin Tobacco Pipe

With its strapping physique and sharp line work, this Dublin from Mastro Geppetto exudes a stolid disposition. Standing tall and upright, the bowl's figure is formed by thick, insulating walls rising from the firm heel and flaring toward the sloping rim. A broad, muscular oval shank joins to the bowl and carries a gradual taper into a jet-black acrylic stem, the pair shifting a touch more visual weight toward the front of the composition. Mastro Geppetto's Sabbiato finish dresses the stummel in a crisp sandblast, the briar's surface wrapped with undulating growth rings and presented in an inky stain.
