Musico: Smooth Canadian with Silver (Set Special) Tobacco Pipe

The story of the Musico workshop began with Giorgio Musico, who frequently bought pipes from Italian pipe maker Fritz Becker. Their sons, Massimo Musico and Paolo Becker, would go on to found the Becker & Musico workshop, which primarily crafted classic pipe shapes. Eventually, the two went their separate ways, with Massimo Musico continuing to pursue a traditional aesthetic. This Canadian by Muscio displays the iconic design with traditional proportions. The pert bowl features a subtle cant, the ovoid shank is long, and the abbreviated stem features a gentle taper. The stummel here is dressed in a honey-colored stain that highlights fine vertical grain around the bowl and birdseye on the top and underside of the shank, which is complemented by a distinguished accent — a flashy silver band.
