Musico: Sandblasted Billiard with Silver (Floodlight Special) Tobacco Pipe

The story of the Musico workshop began with Giorgio Musico, who frequently bought pipes from Italian pipe maker Fritz Becker. Their sons, Massimo Musico and Paolo Becker, would go on to found the Becker & Musico workshop, which primarily crafted classic pipe shapes. Eventually, the two went their separate ways, with Massimo Musico continuing to pursue a traditional aesthetic. This Billiard by Musico is a fairly conservative take on the classic form, albeit one with a slightly brawnier bowl than many Anglo-French classics. Said bowl stands at the fore of a trim shank and a slender saddle stem, the latter of which is joined to the former at a junction marked by a bright silver band. A dark sandblast dresses the ensemble and highlights gorgeous growth rings across the bowl's surface, save for the rim, which is left smooth for contrast.
