Musico: Smooth Bent Billiard with Silver and Bone (Set Special) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-008-0920
The story of the Musico workshop began with Giorgio Musico, who frequently bought pipes from Italian pipe maker Fritz Becker. Their sons, Massimo Musico and Paolo Becker, would go on to found the Becker & Musico workshop, which primarily crafted classic pipe shapes. Eventually, the two went their separate ways, with Massimo Musico continuing to pursue a traditional aesthetic. This bent Billiard by Musico sees a stout bowl posed at the fore of a sturdy shank and a demurely curved tapered stem. Said bowl offers plenty of substance for the fingers to embrace, its thick, insulating walls concealing a chamber of modest depth and offering a broad canvas from which to show the stummel's warm smooth finish. This finish highlights handsome flame grain across the bowl's flanks, its bright complexion complemented by a dual accent of silver and bone at the junction.
