Plump, charming, and rather compact, this Tomato from Peder Jeppesen showcases a supple rounding to its inflated bowl, its curving fore resulting from a sweeping heel. A tight transition leads to a slightly upward curling shank that flares gently to its end and has here been paired to a demurely downturned saddle stem of vibrant colors, offering a touch of elegant posture. Dressing the briar is a deep, inky sandblast that adds a good deal of welcome texture in hand and reveals some handsome grain, its hues contrasted sharply by the stem's.
