A lively, yet substantial design, this Handmade Ida Easy Cut bent Dublin from Neerup features immensely thick, insulating walls, rugged plateau along the rim and shank face, and quite a lot of sweeping gesture in profile — the flare of the bowl and shank calling to mind the Danish Fancy style of Freehands. The canted bowl features impressively tight tendrils of vertical grain, all brought out by one of Peder's warm contrast stains and paired to a variegated acrylic mouthpiece.
