Neerup: P. Jeppesen Boutique Partially Rusticated Bent Billiard with Silver (4) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-203-7472
A hearty, muscular design, this bent Billiard from Peder Jeppesen pairs a tall, thick-walled bowl of considerable girth to an upturned shank and an arcing saddle stem of jet-black acrylic. The bowl holds most of the visual weight within the composition, a design cue that Jeppesen often favors, and it houses a deep capacious chamber, which should ensure plenty of long, leisurely smoking sessions. Most of the stummel wears a vibrant, contrast-stained smooth finish, which reveals birdeye across the fore of the bowl and flame grain across the flanks, while the rim is dressed in a rugged, dark rustication that offers a touch of tactile contrast. A sterling silver accent adorns the shank end and provides a dose of flash to the pipe in profile.
