A utilitarian design from Erik Nording, the Compass series presents a sturdy, sure sitting poker with a distinct sense of modernity. The bowl is briar wrapped in metallic armor, a vibrant matte red in this case, with a black accent around the base for some additional finger traction. The shank is a lithe but highly durable stretch of red carbon fiber, topped by a stem that slides over it for safe disassembly even when hot.
