Peterson: Kinsale Smooth (XL27) Fishtail Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-029-24800

When we first encountered the Kinsale "XL27", it was love at first sight. In the Peterson "Return of Sherlock Holmes" series, this was the shape assigned to Inspector Stanley Hopkins of the Yard — a student of Holmes's deductive methods, and the detective who referred the matters surrounding the "Golden Pince-Nez", "Black Peter", and the infamous "Abbey Grange" to the world's only Consulting Detective. The real thrill, of course, was seeing this most singular (to Peterson) shape live on. The Kinsale "XL27" is usually only available in the rusticated finish, and here it is in the "miles-deep" polish of the Kinsale smooth finish.
