Peterson: System Standard Smooth (317) Fishtail Tobacco Pipe

Peterson's pocket-sized bent Billiard (their shape "317") makes for a very smart System pipe. Because of the military mount, a System pipe can be broken down and cleaned as soon as you're done smoking it, right while it's still hot, unlike a regular briar pipe which will risk damage to the shank if you don't let it cool down first. Considering how small and easily cleaned this pipe is, I'd say this piece would travel most conveniently.
