Peterson: St. Patrick's Day 2022 (XL13) Fishtail Tobacco Pipe

The "XL13" is a Bulldog shape that originated in Peterson's Sherlock Holmes series which features unique pipe designs named for people, places, and items within Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works. In the Sherlock Holmes Collection, this piece is called the Baker Street, but when featured in the Irish marque's standard lines, it's designated as the "XL13" but maintains the same robust, firm-lined stature that makes it such a striking and imposing shape.

The St. Patrick's Day series is Peterson's longest-standing annual release, having debuted in 1998. The series is among the marque's most celebrated and highly anticipated releases, and like previous versions, the 2022 rendition pays homage to Kapp & Peterson's storied Irish heritage with a color palette befitting the Emerald Isle. This Peterson St. Patrick's Day pipe wears the workshop's signature, hand-tooled rustication and a rich, walnut stain, and it's elevated by a fishtail stem of emerald-green acrylic fitted to a nickel army mount.
