Radice: Underwood Bent Billiard with Antler Tobacco Pipe

"Craggy yet smooth" sounds like a lot of nonsense, but it was the first thing that came to mind after handling this Radice. The Underwood finish simply does provide both plenty of depth (and elevation) of texture with enough smoothing-out of things so that there's no sharpness to any of it in hand. While this Radice finish works well to create a charming look on less substantial pipes, when it comes to enjoying the texture in hand it's the big-bowled numbers like this Billiard that do the job best.
