While relatively compact in terms of length, measuring just a hair over five inches, this Bulldog from Radice still boasts hearty, muscular proportions, especially along the heavy-set, profile-dominating bowl. All of the form's characteristic features are present, including the tapered rim, wrapping beadlines, and structural diamond shank. The firm lines of the shank extend through the transition and lend the heel an architectural appearance. The stummel wears the warm, crisp Silk Cut sandblast that coaxes out waves of growth rings on either flank of the bowl. A tapered stem of cumberland tops off the design and harmonizes well with the coloration of the stummel for a unified aesthetic.
