A rare piece from Radice, even rarer with a straight shank, this Volcano will be of great interest to collectors. With a tall, muscular bowl displaying the Volacno's characteristic broad base and upward taper, a low-set, abbreviated shank, and slightly bent saddle stem, this piece is a natural Sitter that can be clenched, well suited to a variety of smoking postures. Dressed in Radice's Silk Cut sandblast, the stummel boasts excellent ring grain that ripples up the tall bowl.
