This stocky, compressed Billiard from Radice presents a stout, thick-walled bowl that's also round, its disposition veering into Pot territory. The bold, firm heel helps shore up its Italian shaping, while a thick transition is followed by a tapering shank and stem that mirror the muscularity of the bowl. The shank end is highlighted by a multi-colored accent band for a further pop of color, complementing the rugged, dark rustication of the workshop's iconic Rind finish. A smooth, lightly stained rim lends textural contrast and shows off handsome pinpricks of birdseye. This pipe is less than five-inches long, perfectly suited for easy portability.
