Founded in 1980 by Luigi Radice, the marque that bears his name is among the most esteemed in Italian pipe making. Joined by his sons, Radice crafts boldly proportioned pipes in a dramatic interpretation of the neoclassic style that are beloved by smokers everywhere. This Billiard is a more reserved design for Radice, placing a pert, rounded bowl atop a firm heel, displaying a more traditional sense of proportion. Out back, a slim round shank joins a tapered stem of black acrylic, offering a comfortable clench. Dressed in the Rind Pure rustication, the stummel showcases a wealth of engaging texture and will darken with time as it develops a rich patina.
