Radice: 'Radice' Billiard (G) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-030-4598

In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Billiard by Radice is quintessentially Italian in its bowl-centric proportions. The shank-and-stem arrangement is lengthy, providing a balanced weight but serving to emphasize the bowl at the fore. Said bowl presents thick, cylindrical walls that rise from a robust heel, making this instantly recognizable as a neoclassic Italian pipe in both appearance and feel. Additionally, the stummel is dressed in Radice's eponymous finish, highlighting thick strands of vertical grain that alternate with walnut and blonde hues in an entrancing pattern.
