Radice: Clear Pot Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-030-4606

In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Pot from Radice showcases a stunning grain pattern; swaths of tightly-packed birdseye coat the expansive flanks, while a sweeping strip of cross grain wraps around the vertical axis of the pipe, which is highlighted best on the broad rim. Furthermore, this pipe possesses sublime proportions, with the sturdy bowl striking an impeccable balance with the shank-and-stem arrangement, which gently tapers to a trim bit. The fine-tuned proportions are complemented by a cohesive color scheme, with the vivid auburn stain and classic jet-black acrylic stem split by Radice's signature striated accent.
