Radice: Underwood Billiard Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-030-8130
In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Billiard by Radice is dressed in their signature Underwood finish, an organic rustication that resembles melting wax, a quintessentially Italian pipe-making motif. The shape of this piece also exudes Italian charm, as the robust bowl draws the central focus of the composition, while the linearly tapered shank-and-stem arrangement offers a supplementary sleekness in profile.
