Radice: Silk Cut Acorn with Faux Bamboo Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-030-8185
In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Acorn by Radice possesses a tall, supple bowl, its walls bowing outward as they ascend to the taut rim, creating a shapely surface that is dressed in the rugged Silk Cut sandblast. Out back, the briar shank is carved to mimic bamboo, which imbues this streamlined shape with a dash of organic flair. The stummel is paired to an abbreviated tapered stem fashioned from jet-black acrylic, which offers a comfortable clench.
