Radice: Silk Cut Rhodesian Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-030-8195

In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Rhodesian by Radice possesses a classic bowl, its walls flaring to a waistline marked by dual beadlines before tapering as they ascend to the taut rim. Furthermore, the band of briar between the beadlines is stained blonde, offering a striking contrast to the chestnut hue of the sandblasted stummel. Additionally, the tapering shank-and-stem arrangement lends further visual weight to the bowl's robust figure for a thoroughly Italian neoclassical design.
