Radice: Silk Cut Billiard Tobacco Pipe

In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Billiard by Radice possesses a cylindrical, Poker-like bowl with thick, insulating walls that rise from a flat, slightly flared heel. A trim shank-and-stem arrangement keeps the shape looking sleek and streamlined in profile, while the aforementioned flat heel enables the entire composition to sit without the aid of a stand. The crisp, Silk Cut sandblast completes the ensemble and highlights healthy growth rings across the bowl's flanks.
