Smooth, channeled and long, this Freehand from Randy Wiley presents a low stature with its vertically compressed bowl, resembling a stylized Pot in profile. The angled stretch of shank and stem is made visually longer by the low, grooved transition, and a long ferrule adds to that perceived and literal length in conjunction with the stylized mouthpiece. Ridges and contours define the bowl, which is softly domed at its rim, adding to the visual satisfaction of a pipe with a multitude of visually engaging elements.
