Rinaldo: Lithos Rhodesian with Silver (1) (YY) Tobacco Pipe

Though not bearing a "Megas" stamp, this Rhodesian from the Rinaldo brothers is certainly robust, with the round, tall bowl poised at the end of a more trim, sinuously curling shank and stem in a fine example of Italian neoclassic proportions. It's dressed in the dark, craggy rustication of the workshop's Lithos finish, while the beveled rim and beadlines around the waist of the bowl are smoothly stained a rich, mahogany color for a beautiful contrast, accentuated by a ring of silver around the shank end, which adds a touch of handsome elegance, and the vibrant, sunny hues of the stem.
