If the overall stout proportions and smooth, Pesaro-style flow didn't immediately give this bent Dublin away as a Rinaldo, the gleaming, stepped silverwork surely will — a testament to Guido's talent and experience with precious metals. The result is quite a different jaw-hanger — one of firm muscularity and clean lines, not to mention plenty of chamber capacity in the forward-leaning, hearty bowl. It's wearing one of the workshop's dark rustications, the underlying ruby tones mirrored in the smooth rim and trim band at the shank end.
