Rinaldo: Lithos Paneled Bent Dublin (YYY) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 002-031-0774

If it wasn't obvious from the craggy finish and muscular shaping, this bent Dublin comes courtesy of the Rinaldo brothers, who have been crafting pipes together for decades. This piece is a handsome example of their craftsmanship, displaying a tall, paneled bowl that stands at the fore a steeply curved, Hawkbill-like shank-and-stem arrangement. The bowl's crisp facets add an angularity to the overall composition, while the shank and stem's pronounced arc provides a good bit of gesture to the shape's profile. The crisp, terracotta-hued Lithos rustication dresses the stummel and lends a wealth of tactile detail to briar, save for the rim and a trim band around the shank end, which are left smooth for contrast.
