Rinaldo: Triade Bent Billiard with Silver (3) (Y) (Capo Verde) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-031-0776
This bent Billiard from Rinaldo displays well two of the things I love about the Italian brothers, their bold neoclassic design aesthetic and Guido's handsome silverwork. A robust piece, this charming pipe boasts a tall bowl and capacious chamber, with the bowl's sides dropping to a sweeping heel. The stummel is wearing a deep, traditional, Bruyere-esque stain over a smooth finish to showcase striations of flame grain and flecks of birdseye in the briar and is crowned at the end of its stout shank by an elegant silver mount with two engraved beadlines. A jet-black acrylic saddle stem turns downward to promise excellent jaw-hanging and boasts a single, flat expansion disk for extra visual intrigue.
