Rinaldo: Sahara Bent Apple (YYY) (Titania) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 002-031-0788
A Rinaldo "Titania" from Elio and Guido Rinaldo of Pesaro, Italy, this giant Apple is more than a handful, and while the tobacco chamber is deep, it is not excessively wide, so it should smoke more like a regular Billiard than, say, a Pot. Clearly an armchair pipe, the bowl is covered in the crisp texture of the Sahara sandblast, while the shank is left smooth and curves upward to meet the high kicking stem. Elio and Guido began pipe making in their teens, in 1974, at the Mastro de Paja workshop, launching their own brand, Rinaldo, in 1987, and for the past decades have been producing their own designs, each pipe handmade from start to finish.
