The Calabash is a shape we rarely see from the Rinaldos but they certainly have no problem rendering the flowing, whimsical design and imbuing it with their easily recognizable style. Unlike the traditional gourd Calabash with its removable meerschaum cap, this rendition from the Italian workshop has been afforded a more capacious chamber, allowing you to enjoy more of your favorite blends in one sitting. This massive Megas example also manages to retain the sinuous, curved gesture of the classic form, with the deep transition also serving as a comfortable spot for the thumb to rest. The Rinaldos' signature dimpled Lithos rustication dresses the stummel and provides plenty of tactile enjoyment for your fingers, while smooth accents at the chamfered inner edge, the circumference of the rim, and shank end add subtle contrast.
