Rossi: Free Green Rusticated Bent Dublin (6mm) Tobacco Pipe

Rossi's Free line of pipes comprise pieces that don't conform the the Italian marque's standard shape chart, resulting in pipes that display far more unique designs than their other works. This bent Dublin, for example, has a somewhat similar outline to their "8611" shape, though this is a far more stolid rendition of the profile, and one with a good deal more muscularity about it. The bowl stands proud atop a firm heel and showcases a slight flare to the rim that gives us a good look at the thick walls which surround its capacious chamber. The rim itself displays an ovoid shape, thanks to some compression at the fore and aft which allows for easier draping of the thumb at the tightly-knit transition. A thick shank ebbs out of this transition at a rather sharp angle, meeting a handsomely curved stem of sunny yellow acrylic that sharply contrasts the dark, forest green rustication of the stummel.
