Sara Eltang pipes are designed at Tom's workshop, offering the same craftsmanship, finish and stellar smoking properties as his artisan pipes but at more accessible prices. This bent Apple is rife with Danish design cues, the supple, rounded bowl displaying a lifting heel, slight forward cant and softly chamfered rim associated with the school, along with cheeking at the transition. It's paired to a lifting, rounded shank and topped by an elongated, subtly tapering stem, with a vibrantly colored accent band further enlivening the palette. It's dressed in one of Tom's rich contrast stains, highlighting a plethora of birdseye and cross grain, resulting in a fine-looking pipe of a pocket-friendly length.
