Though Savinelli's Autograph series often produces unconventional Freehand shapes, this bent Billiard is relatively reserved compared to the marque's wilder offerings. Whereas many members of the Autograph line boast robust, sometimes massive proportions, this bent Billiard is of a more standard size, making it an ideal offering for those enamored with this prestigious line but are less inclined toward larger pipes. That said, the slightly canted bowl is still full-bodied, with panels along its flanks offering firmness and additional texture in hand. An abundance of lovely, windswept grain wraps around the bowl, made even more stunning thanks to the rich, auburn contrast stain. The tapered stem displays a gradual downturn, promising a comfortable, hands-free smoking posture when desired.
