The Fan isn't an easy shape to execute, given that there's little room to work around a flaw, should one arise, but Savinelli's Autograph artisans are well-versed in the nuances and precision required. In this piece, there's plenty of craggy plateau crowning the rim as it tapers to an angular point past the stem. The heel is rounded, aligning nicely with the organic shape's splayed form and there's plenty of surface area on which to admire the dense striations of well-oriented flame grain emanating from the heel as it streaks upward to the flared rim. This pipe is also topped by a hand-cut, stylish stem of emerald and light green hues for a dazzling display of color.
