Savinelli Autograph: Autograph Mignon Smooth Bent Dublin Tobacco Pipe

Savinelli's Autograph series is comprised of pipes that are handcrafted from select blocks of briar by one of the Italian workshop's most experienced carvers. The carvers are given complete creative freedom and allowed to follow their personal artistic vision, resulting in distinctive and highly collectible designs like this bent Dublin. While this piece possesses the form's characteristic flared rim and gradually tapering bowl, it also displays traits of the Zulu shape in its construction, especially in terms of the bowl's slight forward cant, the transition's soft protraction, and the shank-and-stem arrangement's easy bend and fluid taper. It's all handsomely presented in the warm Mignon smooth finish, which showcases whorls of birdseye across the rim and streaks of flame grain across the flanks of the bowl.
