Savinelli Autograph: Autograph Sandblasted Acorn (6mm) Tobacco Pipe

The Acorn isn't one of the more prevalent shapes within Savinelli's Autograph line of pipes, which are handmade by the workshop's talented artisans and often result in non-traditional, Freehand-like designs. This large, towering rendition features the traditional form's high-waisted, gently rounded rim along with a paneled underside that comes to a point in the form of a heel spur in profile. A hearty, palm-filling piece, the bowl is topped by a subtly flaring shank and downturned acrylic stem. It's wearing one of the workshop's earthy sandblasts, highlighting rippling arrays of tightly stacked growth rings across all flanks, with a smooth shank face accent lending further flourish.
