Handcrafted by Savinelli's experienced artisans, who carve their non-traditional pipes from high-quality, select briar, the Autograph line allows for particularly creative designs. This bent Dublin is actually one of the series' more conservatively shaped designs, though it is still quite muscular, and feels quite comfortable in hand. The forward-urging bowl features the form's traditional flare toward the rim, which in this rendition is softly inflated at the flanks and slopes downward toward the stem. Wearing a smooth chestnut stain, the grain on this piece is outstanding. A plethora of beautiful birdseye peppers the rim, while the bowl is engulfed in wispy flame grain, flowing nicely into the thick shank.
