A hearty bent Apple from Savinelli, this handsome rendition is part of the Italian marque's Autograph line, a selection of special pipes each handcrafted by a single artisan according to their own artistic vision instead of the standard shape chart. Up front, the bowl stands taller in proportion to most Apple shapes, with a bit of an Egg-like height that allows more real estate for the handsome grain patterns to live on. A smooth auburn finish dresses said grain, lending a lively appearance and delightful in-hand feel. Out back, the shank end is fitted with a tapering stem, one which continues the diminution of the shank and offers some lovely contrast thanks to its amber hue.
