While the Autograph line from Savinelli is typically defined by larger, more palm-filling numbers, the Mignon series sees that characteristically hefty size scaled down to a more manageable arrangement. This Fan is a beautiful piece in that regard, using what small amount of briar is available to create an exquisite piece. Licks of flame emanate from the heel and climb the flanks of the bowl on each side, while craggy plateau is on bold display along the stummel's entire topside, all highlighted in a warm, light finish that enhances the composition's organic aesthetic. Excellent work from Savinelli's artisans, and a beautiful Italian piece for your collection.
